Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best dining experience for you and all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing adequate notice for any changes or cancellations to your reservation.

For reservations of up to 4 guests, Sheeps And Leeks require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the reservation date.

For reservations of 5 guests or more, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the reservation date.

Please note that NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE FOR COVID or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Failure to inform Sheeps And Leeks of any changes or cancellations within the designated timeframe will result in no refund being issued.

In the event of a cancellation made with sufficient notice, please be advised that a refund will be issued with a nominal deduction of £15. This fee is intended to cover the bank transaction charges and administration fees incurred by the restaurant. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your kind understanding in this matter.

Why?

Sheeps And Leeks restaurant has a limited seating capacity, accommodating only up to 20 guests. Thus, any last-minute cancellations or no-shows could have a profound effect on the restaurant's operations and profitability. To prevent such occurrences, we have a cancellation policy in place that is aimed at safeguarding the restaurant from potential losses. Ultimately, this policy helps to ensure that our dedicated and hardworking staff continue to thrive in a stable and thriving business environment.

We understand that unexpected delays can occur and we want to accommodate you to the best of our ability. However, please note that we operate on a single sitting basis, and all guests are served at the same time to ensure that everyone enjoys the same experience. As a result, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your reservation.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that we cannot make other guests wait. If you do arrive after the start of the meal, you may forfeit courses to ensure that the other guests are not unduly delayed. Thank you for choosing Restaurant Sheeps And Leeks. To ensure a smooth experience with our gift cards, please review the following terms and conditions before making your purchase:

Validity:
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is clearly indicated on each card. We encourage you to redeem your gift card within this period as extensions or renewals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable:
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another individual. No credit or change will be given on any remaining balance.

Non-Extendable:
The validity period of the gift card cannot be extended for any reason. Once the gift card has expired, it will no longer be usable, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
Please note that we are unable to cater to any allergies or specific dietary restrictions. Guests with food allergies or dietary concerns are advised to consider this before purchasing or using a gift card.

Usage Limitations:
Only one gift card may be used per transaction. Gift cards cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. The gift card must be used through the website and will not be accepted at the restaurant.

Lost or Stolen Cards:
Restaurant Sheeps And Leeks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Partial Redemptions:
If the full value of the gift card is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain on the card and can be applied to future purchases until the expiration date. However, no cash or credit will be issued for any unused balance.

Restrictions on Purchases:
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and are only accepted as online transactions. They are not valid for in-restaurant dining at Restaurant Sheeps And Leeks.

Right to Modify:
Restaurant Sheeps And Leeks reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately and posted on our website.
